Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg pasta
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese (Indian paneer)
- 2 tbs bean sprouts
- Parmesan cheese to garnish
- 2 tbs snow peas
- 2 tbs asparagus (Satavar in hindi)
- 2 tbs baby corn
- 2 tbs french beans
- 1 kg tomatoes
- 3/4 cup onions
- 2 tbs chopped garlic
- 1-2 bay leaves
- 6 whole peppercorns
- 2 tsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Put a pan on flame and add 2 tsp oil (wait for 15 sec.). Add bay leaves, chopped garlic (wait for 10 sec.), salt to taste and onions in pan, saute it properly till onions change to golden brown in colour. Now add tomatoes and sliced peppercorns into it, saute it properly. Off the flame and cool it to a room temperature. As it cool down, blend it in a mixture and make a smooth gravy.
- Now again put a pan on flame and saute that smooth gray properly (do it for 2 min.) and add asparagus.
- Add all vegetables like snow peas, baby corn and french beans.
- Add Cottage cheese, sprouts and boiled pasta.
- Take it on a serving plate and granish it with Parmesan cheese.
